SAKE/NIHON-SHU ”酒” ”日本酒”
a Japanese rice wine
UMESHU "梅酒"
Plum wine、 a Japanese liquor made with steeping plum in alcohol
JAPANESE WISKY "ウィスキー"
a type of distilled alcoholic beverage made from grain
There are several companies producing whisky in Japan, but the two best-known and most widely available are Suntory and Nikka.
CHU-HAI ”チューハイ”
the Japanese cooktail. Many flavors are available, such as lime, grapefruit, apple, orange, pineapple, grape, kiwi, plum, yuzu citrus, lychee, peach, strawberry and more.
